Rhode Island being personally Known to me to be one of the
individuals who Executed said deed as Trustee for the
purpose expressed therein

and for said County of Arapahoe the said Court being a
Court of record having a Clerk and seal, on this the fifteenth

County of Arapahoe and within the Jurisdiction of said did=
trict Court personally Came George Bucklin Trustee William
C. Bucklin and Edward C. Bucklin who are and were
each personally Known to me as the same persons described
in and who executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance hereunto
prefixed and severally acknowledged the same to be their
free act and deed
     Done at the City of Denver in the County and Territory
aforesaid and upon the same day and year aforesaid
