Alachua County } This Indenture made this 29th day
of November AD 1871 between Alfred Brevard of the State
and County aforesaid of the first part and Harriet M.
Brevard of Kershaw County in the State of South Carolina
of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of three thousand
($3000.00) Dollars lawful money of the United States
to him in hand paid before the signing and delivery of
these presents hath granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part all his right
title and interest (the same being an undivided one third
(1/3) part) in and to the following described real estate to
wit: Section (29) Twenty nine in Township nine (9) south
Range (19) Ninteen East containing six hundred and forty
(640) acres more or less the same being part and parces of the
"Arredondo Grant" Situated in said State and County
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper=
----------------- taining -
150 US IR And the said party of the first part for and in con-

----------------- also by these presents bargain and sell unto the said party
of the second part all his right title and interest (the same
being an undivided interest of one third (1/3) part) in and to
the following named personall property to wit: (9) nine mules (1)
one Horse (34) Thirty four head of Stock Cattle farming utensils
Household and Kitchen furniture
To have and to hold the above described real and personal
property unto the said party of the second part her heirs exec=
utors Administrators and assigns forever and in fee simple
And the said party of the first part does by these presents warran
and he does hereby bind himself his heirs executors and admin
istrators Jointly and severally forever to defend unto the said
party of the second part all the right title and interest here=
in conveyed
