  This Indenture made the twelfth day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and seventy one between Leonard G. Dennis of the Town
of Gainesville County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and his mother Henrietta S. Dennis of the
Town of Beverly County of Essex and State of Massachusetts
of the second part:
               Witnesseth That the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Five hun=
dred (500) Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns forever all The following lot tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the Town of Gaines
ville County of Alachua and State of Florida Known and
described as follows Lot no two (2) Block three (3) Range
six (6) being two Hundred feet back and one hundred
feet front or thereabout Together with all and singular
the Rights titles Interest tenements hereditaments and ap=
purtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining
