lying and being situated near Waldo in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida Known as the
Gen Earle Plantation or tract with all the apertanences
and heraditaments thereunto belonging to me in any
wise appertaining, to have and to hold the same in
fee Simple forever. And I do further give bargain
and sell unto my wife the said Matilda Waller and
children aforesaid all of the personal property of which
I am now possessed. To wit, Thirty three (33) head of
Hogs marked in Left ear square underbit right ear
swallow fork smooth crop under bit, Two (2) milk cows
Three (3) yearling marked under square smooth crop &c c --
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and

Alachua County   } This indenture made on this the
Sixth day of April A.D. Eighteen Hundred and
Sixty nine, between George L. Barnes as Sheriff of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida, the
party of the first part, and John R. Hague of said
County and State, the party of the second part. Witnesseth
that whereas by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias 
issued out of the office of the Clerk of the Circuit of
the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for
the County aforesaid, and to the said Sheriff directed
he was commanded that of the goods and Chattels, lands 
and tenements of Archelaus Hague, he cause to be 
made the Sum of Two Hundred and ninety Two 10/100
Dollars Together with Eleven 88/100 Dollars costs against
said Archelaus Hague, and whereas said Sheriff did
by virtue of said Writs on the fifteenth day of October
