Alachua County } This Indenture made this Seven=
th day of December AD Eighteen hundred and Seven
ty one between Joseph J. Sealy and Mary E. Sealy
his wife of the State and County aforesaid parties
of the first part and James T. Thigpen of the
State and County aforesaid party of the second
part Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for
and in consideration of One hundred dollars
to them in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain and sell and convey
unto the party of the second part the following
parcel of land lying and being in the Town of
Newnansville State and County aforesaid to wit
Commencing at a point seventy six (76) feet East of
the North west Corner of Block Number four (4)
Range number Two (2) according to Original
Survey of said Town running south Two hundred
and fifty feet thence East one hundred and
thirty four feet, thence North Two hundred and
fifty feet thence west one hundred and thirty four
feet to place of beginning Lying and being Situate
in the Town of Newnansville State and County
Aforesaid, together with all and singular the
Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining to have and to hold unto the party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever in
fee simple. And that the parties of the first part
do Covenant for themselves and their heirs with
the party of the second part and his heirs that
they are seized of a good estate of Inheritance
therein free from all incumbrances and that they
will warrant and defend forever the above des=
cribbed property unto the party of the second part
his heirs and Assigns
