Joseph J. Sealy and Mary E. Sealy and acknow=
ledged that they executed the foregoing deed
for the purposes therein set forth and Mary E.
Sealy being examined by me separate and ap=
art from her said husband and acknowledged
that she Joined with her husband in the execution
of the same for the purpose of Conveying all her
dower or right of Dower in and to the premises
by said deed Conveyed and that the same
was done freely and voluntarily without any fear
or apprehension of or from her said husband

Alachua County   } This instrument of writing witnesseth
That I Gussie S. Matheson Wife of J.D. Matheson
Grantor in the foregoing Deed of Conveyance for and
in consideration of Five dollars to me in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargain
sold and conveyed and by these presents do bargain
sell and convey unto Jacob Gamble the grantee
in the foregoing deed of conveyance all my title and
interest and right of Dower in the aforesaid certain
land and lots in the said County of Alachua being
three quarters of Land Known as Sec 34 T10 and other=
wise more perfectly described in the deed of said grantor
To have and to Hold the said premises unto the said
Grantee his heirs and assigns forever
