that certain piece or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and which is known and described
as follows to wit:  The north west quarter of the north
west quarter and the north 1/2 of the south west quarter
of the north west quarter in the section Six Township Eight
South of the Range nineteen east containing sixty
acres more or less together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
and all the estate title and interest of the
said party of the first part therein.  And the
said party of the first part doth hereby cov-
enant and agree with the said part of the
second part that at the time of the delivery
hereof the said party of the first part is the
lawful owner of the premises above granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute
and that she will warrant and defend the
above granted premises in the quiet and peac-
eable possession of the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto let my
hand and seal this the first day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and seventy one.

Virginia E. Lucy sign seal and deliver the same
for the express purposes and uses therein specified
