This Indenture made and executed on the fifth
day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy one between Daniel Mor-
rison of Alachua County and State of Florida of
the first part and Mary R. Morrison of the same
place of the second part Witnesseth that the
Daniel Morrison for and in consideration of the
sum of Two hundred dollars to him in hand
paid before the delivery thereof hath bargained
sold and conveyed to said Mary R. Morrison
her and her heirs and assigns forever all that tract
or parcel of land Knowned and described as
follows to wit: The north East quarter of the North
East quarter of Section thirty six and south East
quarter of the south east quarter of section (25)
twenty five and the south west quarter of north
east quarter section twenty five all of Township
ten South of Range 22 East Containing one hundred
and twenty Acres together with all and singular
the tenements and appurtenances and all the estate
title and interest of the said Daniel Morrison doth
hereby warrant and defend unto the said Mary
R. Morrison her and her Children assigns and
against and all lawfull Claims of any and all
persons whom soever Claiming the said land or any
part thereof in fee simple forever
