Warranty Deed 
       This Indenture made the Eleventh day
of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and
seventy one Between Edward Haile of Alachua County
State of Florida party of the first part and Ashael
G. Darwin of the City County and State of New York
of the second part Witnesseth That the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Twenty four thousand Dollars lawful money of the Un=
ited States of America to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the en=
sealing and delivery of these presents the reciept where
of is hereby acknowledged and the said party of the
second part his heirs executors and administrators
forever released and discharged from the same
by these presents hath granted bargained sold
aliened remised released, conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents doth grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever All that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the county of Alachua State of Florida and
being a portion of what is Known and designated as the
Arredondo Grant and described as follows Section Number
Twenty Nine Township Ten in Range Nineteen containing
six hundred and forty acres, Except certain portions
or parcels thereof amounting in all to one hundred and
forty acres which portion so reserved and excepted from this sale
are described as follows - Seventy acres of the South west part or
