This Indenture Made and entered into on this the
twelfth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thou=
sand eight hundred and sixty seven between James
T. Soutter and John McRae Trustees duly appointed
by the Florida Rail Road Company parties of the
first part and Samuel L. Crocker Harrison Tweed
and Parley J. Perin Trustees parties of the second part.
    Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of One Dollar
to them in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have given granted Aliened bargained
Sold transfered and do by these presents give grant
Aliene bargain Sell transfer and Convey unto the
said parties of the second part All that Certain
Lot or parcel of land lying and being in the
Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of
Florida And better Known and described on the
Plat of said Town (as surveyed by by P.W.O.
Keorner in May 1870) as Lot Number Eight (8)
of Block Number eleven (11) being thirty three (33)
feet on Kennard Street which bounds it on the
North West and running seventy five (75) feet on An=
crum Street which bounds it on the South west
And thence Thirty three (33) feet on Sparkman
Street which bounds it on the South east. To have
and to hold the above described premises together
with all and singular the rights and priveledges
immunities easements and Appurtenances there to be=
longing, or in any wise appertaining to the said par=
ties of the second part and their heirs as their absolute
property in fee simple forever. And the said parties
of the first part for themselves and successors as trus=
tees as aforesaid and for the said Florida Rail Road
Company and for all others Claiming by through
or under them or either of them do covenant and agree
That they are seized as trustees of a good and
indefeaseable fee simple to the above premises and
that they have good right to convey the same as
they have conveyed the same free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every
nature and description created by themselves as such
Trustees; and that the said parties of the second part
their heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawful
Claiming under them or either of them
In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part have
hereunto affixed their hands and seals this the day
and Year above written
