portoKnow all men by these presents that I Edward Haile
late of the State of Florida for and in consideration
of the Sum of one thousand dollars have bargained
sold released and conveyed and by these presents
do bargain sell quit claim and convey all my
right title and interest in and to those two certain
tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the
county of Alachua and State of Florida and
part of the Grant known as the Arredondo Grant
the first of which is described as follows one hun=
dred and four acres out of and parcelled
from a tract known and designated as the
George I. F. Clarke Spanish Government Grant
lying in Range Nineteen Township Ten which
said original tract contained five hundred
acres and the one hundred and four acres
herein intended to be conveyed being a parcel
or Step off the North easterly part thereof ex=
tending from the South easterly Corner of the
whole tract to the North westerly corner thereof
and embracing the said North westerly corner the
residue or balance of three hundred and ninty
six acres of said five hundred acres tract having
been conveyed by deed bearing date the    dy of July 1869
And also that certain other tract or parcel of land
in the said County & State designated and descri=
bed as follows Forty acres of land being part of
section Twenty five Range nineteen Township Ten
bounded on the west and south by lands belonging
to Porter & Barton on the north by lands belonging
to L.J. Patterson and myself and on the east
by lands heretofore belonging to myself being the
same tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to
me by Watson Porter and DeWarren L. Barton by
deed bearing date July 27th 1869 and duly recorded
in the County Clerks Office of the said County of
Alachua in Book H Page 33 & 34 on the 10th of
August 1869 To have and To hold the said lands
and all the appurtenances thereto belonging unto
the said Ashael G. Darwin his heirs and assigns
forever but freed from any covenant of Warranty
of title except from Myself or persons claiming by
through or under me - In testimony whereof I
have hereunto affixed my signature & seal this eleventh
