laying and being in the town of Gainesville
and described to wit South half of Block five
Range five together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
and all the estate title and interest of the
said parties of the first part and the parties
of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree
to and with the parties of the second part that
at the time of the delivery hereof the said par=
ties of the first part is the lawful owner of the
premises above granted and that he will warrant
and defend the above granted premises in the
quiet and peaceable of the parties of the second
part his heirs and assigns
