                  This Indenture made and entered into
this the Twelfth day of January in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy two between
George Savage and Edward Haile late parties
under the name firm and style of Savage and Haile
now in liquidation both of said county and State
parties of the first part and M.L. Beckham and
H.L. Boring of said County and State parties of
the second part. Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Three hundred Dollars to them in
hand paid by the said parties of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained and sold and by these presents
do bargain and sell unto the said parties of
the second part and to their heirs and assigns
forever all those parcels and lots of land lying
and being in the town of Waldo & County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described in
the plat of said Town as lots numbers Three (3)
Four (4) and Five (5) in Block number sixteen (16)
To have and to hold the above described premises
together with all and singular the rights and prive
leges immunities easements and appurtenances be=
longing or in any wise appertaining unto the said
parties of the second part and their heirs as
their absolute property in fee simple forever: And
the said parties of the first part for themselves
their heirs and assigns and for all other claiming
by through or under them do covenant and agree
that they are seized of a good and indefeasible
fee simple to the above premises and that they have
good right to convey the same as they have convey
ed the same free and discharged from all in-
cumbrances and liens of every description and that
the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whatsoever
and that they will at any time make such further
covenants and conveyances and assurances at the
at the expense of the parties of the second part as 
the said parties of the second part their heirs ass
igns or counsel learned in the law may require
