for the sum of Twelve hundred dollars the highest Sum bid
for the Same. Now therefore know ye that I the said George 
L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid, by virtue of the said writs,
and of the statutes in Such cases made and provided, in con-
sideration of the said sum of Twelve hundred dollars to me 
paid by the said party of the second part, have granted
bargained and sold, by these presents do grant, bargain
sel and convey, unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever all the following property to wit:
All the lands belonging to the Estate of Wm Cunningham
Decd lying west of and near Gainesville bounded by Dr Daniel
R. Junes, Geo Bucklins, McCalls, Robbs, and Napiers land
containing Twelve hundred (1200) acres more or less, and described
more particularly as follows: South 1/2 of Sec 26, T.9, also Sect 1
T. 10, also East 1/2 and West 1/2 of East 1/2 of South East 1/4 -
of Sec 2 T.10 all in Range 19 - Also East 1/2 and the East 1/2
of the West 1/2 of N.E. 1/4 of Sec 2, T.10, Range 19- and lying
and being in said County and State together with all
the rights, title, interests and appurtenances which he the said
William Cunningham had in the said property jointly and
Severally and the same to hold as fully as I the said Sheriff 
as aforesaid under said writs might could or ought to 
sell and convey the same. Given under my hand and
