the Circuit Court personally came Geo L. Barnes
one of the subscribing Witnesses who being duly
sworn says upon oath that he with J.E. Renwick
saw the foregoing deed signed sealed and delivered
for the consideration uses and purpose therein
set forth and expressed

This Indenture made and entered into between twenty
first (21st) day of November in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and seventy one (1871)
between William P. Boulware of Alachua County State
of Florida party of the first part and Henry Motes
of Putnam County and State aforesaid of the second
part Witnesseth: That the said party of the first
for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred
dollars (400-) to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the reciept whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened
bargained sold transferred and by these presents
does give grant alien bargain sell transfer and
convey unto the said party of the second part all
that tract or parcel of land Known and described
on the maps of the public survey as the East half (E1/2)
of the North Easy Quarter (NE1/4) of section twenty two (22) and
the East half (E1/2) of the South East quarter (SE1/4) of section fifteen
(15) and Lot number three (3) and sixteen (16) of the
North side of lot number four (4) of section fourteen (14) of
the south South west quarter of said section containing
Two hundred and fifteen Acres all in Township nine (9)
South of Range twenty two (22) east in the County of Alach
ua State of Florida To have and To hold the above des=
cribed premises together with all and singular the rights
and priveledges immunities easements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining including
Also the dwelling house and out houses belonging thereto
now occupied by C.A. Simmons unto the said party of
the second part and his heirs as their absolute property
in fee simple forever and the said party of the first
part for himself his heirs and for all others claiming
by through or under him does covenant and agree that
he is seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple
