to the above premises and that he has good right to
convey the same as he has conveyed the same free
and discharged from all incumbrances and liens
of any and every nature and description and that
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above descri
bed premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully

This Indenture made and entered into this eighteenth 18
day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Seventy one 1871 between Wm P. Boul
ware of Alachua County State of Florida of the first
and Alexander Goodson of the same place of the
second part Witnesseth That the said party of the
first for and in consideration of the sum of four
hundred dollars ($400) to him in hand paid by
the said party of the second part the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged hath given granted
aliened bargained sold transfered and does
by these presents give grant alien bargain sell
transfer and convey unto the said party of the 
second part all that tract or parcel of land known
and described on the map of the public survey as
Lot No one in the north west quarter of section fourteen
(14) containing fifty six (56) acres and fractional section
Eleven (11) containing twenty four (24) acres and four acres
in the south east corner of the south east quarter of the
south east quarter of section ten (10) all in Township nine
(9) south of Range twenty two (22) east in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida To have and To hold
the above described premises to gether with all and
singular the rights and privelidges immunities easements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs as their as their absolute property in fee simple
forever and the said party of the first part for him
self his heirs and for all others claiming by through or
under him does covenant and agree that he is seized
of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above
premises and that he has good right to convey the
same as he has conveyed the same free and dis-
