Presents that I Martin McKey of the County of
Alachua State of Florida have made Constituted
and appointed M.J. Ford of the County of Chatham
State of Georgia my true and lawful attorney for me
and in my name Place and Stead to grant bargain and
Sell unto any purchaser or purchases of the Same title
at public or private Sale and for Such Sum or Sums
of money as he may deem proper The South east quarter
of North west quarter and east half of South west quarter
Section two (2) township Eleven (11) South range twenty
two (22) East, Containing One hundred and nineteen
88/100 acres and lying and being in the County of Alachua
in Said State of Florida with the improvements thereon
with full power and authority unto my Said attorney
to receive the purchase money for Said property and to make
titles for the Same Hereby ratifying and confirming all
that he may do by virtue thereof In witness whereof I have
here unto Set my hand and Seal this 6th day of November

of Alachua County State of Florida of Second part
witnesseth that the Said Martin McKey for and in
consideration of the Sum of two hundred and fifty $250
to him in hand paid by the Said James D. Sanders
at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted
bargained Sold aliend remised released and confirmed
and by these presents dothe grant bargain Sell alien
remise release and confirm unto the Said James D.
Sanders and to his heirs and assigns all the South
East quarter of North west quarter and East half of
South west quarter Section two (2) township Eleven
(11) South range twenty two (22) East containing One
hundred & nineteen 88/100 Acres and lying and being in
the County of Alachua in Said State of Florida
together with all and Singular the houses out houses
edifices buildings Stables yard gardens liberties privileges
easements commodities emoluments hereditaments
rights members and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
