in law or in equity of the said Martin McKey, of in
or to the Same or any part or parcel thereof with the
appurtenances to have and to hold the Said property
above described and all and Singular other the premises
hereby granted bargained Sold aliened and confirmed
with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto
the Said James F. Sanders heirs and assigns to the only
use and behoof of the Said James D. Sanders heirs and
assigns forever and to and for no other use intent
or purpose whatsoever and lastly the Said Martin
McKey and his heirs the Said property above described and
premises unto the Said James D. Sanders his heirs and
assigns against Martin McKey his heirs and against
all and every other person or persons Shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents in witness whereof

State of Florida  } This indenture made and
County of Alachua } entered into this 22nd day of January
                   One thousand eight hundred and Seventy
two Between Simeon S. Weeks of the first part of fore
Said State and County, and Francis Stroble party of the
Second part of the fore Said State and County Witnesseth
That the Said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the Sum of $19000 One hundred and ninety Dollars lawful
money of U.S. to him in hand paid by the Said party of the
Second part The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given granted aliend bargained Sold Transfered and do by these
present give grant alien bargain Sell transfer and convey
unto the Said party of the second part all that Certain lot or
parcel of land lying on the East Side by Florida Rail Road
in 1/4 mile of the town of Waldo bound on the East Side
by Florida Rail Road on West and South by lands
belonging to John Mularkey Containing four acres of
land more or less To have and to hold the above described
premises together with all and Singular the rights and
