privileges immunities easements and appertainances there unto
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the Said party of
the Second part and their heirs as their absolute property
in fee Simple forever and the Said Simeon S. Weeks of the
first part of the afore Said State and County Do Covenant
and agree that they are Seized of a good and indefeasible fee
Simple to the above premises and that they have good right
to convey the Same as he has conveyed the Same free and discharged
from all Encumbrances and leins of any and every nature and
discription and that the Said party of the Second part their heirs
and assigns Shall quietly and peaceable enjoy the above discribed
premises Against all persons whosoever lawfully claiming the
Same and that he will at any and all times make Such and
further Covenant Conveyances assurances at the Expense of the
Said party of the Second part as She the Said party of the Second
part Her heirs or assigns or Council learned as the law may require

This Indenture made this the twenty ninth day
of January Eighteen hundred and seventy two between
Susan M. McDonell of the County of Alachua & State
of Florida party of the first part and Elizabeth S.
Mixon of Marion County Said State party of the
second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the Sum of Eight
hundred dollars to her in hand paid by the said party
of the Second part the receipt whereof is hereby ack=
nowledged hath this day granted sold aliened and
