Alachua County   } This Indenture made fifth day
of Sept AD 1871 between Sarah C. Wynn and her
husband Saml G. Winn parties of the first part &
L.L. Hill party of the second part all of the State
and County first written Witnesseth that for and in
Consideration of the sum of Three hundred and
thirty seven 50/100 Dollars paid at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents the reciept
whereof is hereby acknowledged the said parties of
the first part hath bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents doth bargain sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns all that piece or parcel of land
Situate lying and being in the State and County
aforesaid and containing one acre more or less
