I Martha Rawls of the County and State aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred
& fifty dollars to her in hand paid, at and before
the signing sealing and delivery of these presents hath
granted bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant bargain and sell unto Isaac Sinclair
of the same County & State all that certain tract or
parcel of land lying being and situated in the County
of Alachua and more particularly described as follows
The north East qur of the south East qur of section four
Township nine south Range eighteen East containing
forty acres more or less and so much of the west part
of the north west quarter of section three same Township
and Range as will contain ninety acres together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging To Have and To
