This Indenture made this the twenty ninth day
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy two, between Julia Mc
Donell wife of Samuel P. McDonell and the said
Samuel P. McDonell Clifford Livingston wife of
John F. Livingston and the said John T. Livingston
and Thomas Pyles all of the State of Florida parties
of the first part and Joseph G. Little and Charles
Little both of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida parties of the second part.
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of
the sum of Twelve hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States to them in hand paid
by the said parties of the second part at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
                            expressly 
the receipt whereof is hereby^acknowledged have
this day granted and sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant sell convey and confirm unto
the said parties of the second part all that tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the State of
Florida County of Alachua and more particularly
Known on the Arredondo Grant as Section Eighteen
and the north west quarter of section nineteen Township
nine Range nineteen containing Eighteen hundred acres
more or less To Have and To Hold the said granted
and described lands to the said parties of the sec=
ond part their heirs and assigns forever. In witness
