by these presents give grant bargain, sell & convey
unto the said William Strickland his heirs and 
assigns a certain piece or parcel of land lying and
being situate in the State and County aforesaid and
known and described in plot of the "Aradonda Grant"
as the undivided half of Section Nine (9) Township ten (10)
& Range Twenty (20) containing Six hundred and Ninety two
acres (692) less ninety two acres previously conveyed to
John L. Young; Also the undivided half of Section
Sixteen (16) Township ten (10) and Range Twenty (20) 
containing Seven hundred & Twenty acres (720) with a
reservation of one acre for a Grave Yard together with
all the privileges and appurtinances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the above granted premises to the said William Strickland
his heirs & assigns in fee simple. And the said Wm
K. Cessna, will and his heirs Executors and administrators
Shall, the said property to the said William Strickland
his heirs Executors and Administrators forever warrant
and defend against the lawful demands of all persons
And I Julia Cessna, wife of the said Wm K. Cessna
for the consideration aforesaid, and for divers others
good and valuable considerations, do hereby release and
quit claim unto the said William Strickland all
my right claim or possibility of dower in or out of
the above described premises. In witness whereof we the
said Wm K. Cessna and Julia Cessna have hereunto set
our hands and seals this day and year above written

County of Alachua } And now comes Julia Cessna wife
of the said Wm K. Cessna and acknowledged that she
made hereof a part to the above deed of conveyance
for the purpose of relinquishing her right of Dower to the
premises conveyed therein and that said relinquishment
is made freely and voluntarily and without any com-
pulsion, constraint apprehension or fear of, or from her said
husband & that this acknowledgment was made on an
examination separate and apart from her said husband
