This Indenture made this the twenty ninth ninth
day of January Eighteen hundred and seventy two
between Susan A. Mathews and Sarah E. Mathews
of the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua & State
of Florida parties of the first part and Joseph
G. Little and Charles Little parties of the second 
part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred
dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to them in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow=
ledged, have remised, released, and quit claimed
and by these presents do remise release and quit
claim unto the said parties of the second part and
to their heirs and assigns forever all that tract or
parcel of land lying and being situate in said County
and State and Known and described on the map
of the Arredondo Grant as section Eighteen Township
nine Range nineteen and also all the estate right
title interest dower and right of Dower property
posession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in or to the above described premises and
any part and parcel thereof To Have and To
Hold all and singular the above mentioned and
described premises unto the said parties of the sec=
ond part their heirs and assigns forever

have hereunto set their hands and seals this the day
