Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into this the twentieth day of January AD 1872
Between Hannah Priest County and State aforesaid
party of the first part and John M. Sparkman party
of the second part: Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars lawful
money of the United States to them in hand paid
before the sealing and delivery hereof hath bargained
and sold and by these presents doth grant and
convey to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece
or parcel of land lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and des=
cribed as follows the North west quarter (NW1/4)
of the North east quarter NE1/4 of section Twenty
one (21) Township Eight (8) south of Range Twenty
one (21) East containing Forty (40) acres more
or less together with all and singular the ten=
ements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging And the said Hannah Priest
party of the first part doth hereby covenant
and agree with the said John M. Sparkman
party of the second part that at the delivery
hereof that the said party of the first part
is lawfully seized in fee simple of the above
granted premises in fee simple absolute and
that she will warrant and defend the within
granted premises unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever
