  This Indenture made this 31st day of January AD
1872 between Daniel G. Anderson of the County of Chester
And State of South Carolina party of the first part
and Henry James  M.H. Beattie  Mitchell Jones and Vick
Lang of Alachua County Florida Trustees of the Meth=
odist Episcopal Church parties of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Twenty dollars lawful
money of the United States to him in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold
released remised and confirmed and by these
presents does bargain sell release remise and confirm
unto the said parties of the second part as trustees as
aforesaid and to their successors in office forever all
the following piece parcel or tract of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
Known and described, as follows to wit: Beginning at
a stake on the line dividing sections three (3) and four
(4) of Township ten (10) South Range twenty (20) East at a
point forty seven (47) chains and fifteen (15) links south
of the North east corner of Section four (4) and running
thence west seven (7) chains and seventy two (72) links
