north along said section line Two (2) chains & sixty
(60) links to the point of beginning Containing two
(2) acres lying in section four (4) of Township ten (10)
S Range Twenty (20) E. To Have and To Hold unto
the said parties as trustees as aforesaid to their
own proper use benefit and behoof in fee simple
forever And the said party of the first part will
and his heirs Executors and Administrators
shall unto the said parties of the second part
as trustees as aforesaid and their successors in
office forever warrant and defend in the quiet
and peaceable enjoyment of the above described
premises against all persons claiming or to claim
by through or under him or his Executors administrators
or assigns.
