Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
   J.J.D. Colding of the State and County aforesaid
   for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two
   Hundred and fifty dollars the receipt where of
   I here by acknowledge, do give, grants, Sell and
   Convey to Mrs Margaret R. Shuford of Said County and
   State her heirs and assigns a Certain tract or parcel
   of land Situated in the Town of Micanopy Alachua
   Co Florida on the East Side of the Public Square
   opposite the Carolina House and begining at the
   North West Corner of a Certain tract of land
   Conveyed by R.S. Stoughton to Jeremiah Gamage on the
   18th day of March 1853 and running South thirty
   five feet on the Public Square line, thence East
   One Hundred feet, thence North thirty five feet to the
   line dividing Said Stoughton and Gamage and
   thence West One Hundred feet to the begining point
   with all the appurtenances thereto belonging or in any
   wise incident and more particularly described as
   a lot of land Conveyed by Jeremiah Gamage
   to McIntosh and Powell by deed bearing date
   Sixteenth day of October Eighteen Hundred and
   fifty five to have and to hold the Same unto
   the Said Mrs Margaret R. Shuford her heirs and assigns,
   for their use and behoof forever, the title whereof the
   Said J.D. Colding will Warrant and defend to Said
   Mrs Margaret R. Shuford her heirs and assigns
   forever against the lawful claims and demands of all
   person whosoever. Said Grantor Conveys and
                         receives Said lot on the
   Condition that Said Grantee her heirs and assigns
   in perpetuity Shall not Vend upon Said premises
   any ardent Spirits in less quantities than One quart
   and on Violation of Said Condition Said premises
   Shall revert to Said Grantor
