assigns against all lawful Claim or Claims of all

I also resign and deliver to the Said Jane L. Hill
a Certain Deed from Alachua County to me for Said
Block Seven (7) Range three (3) in the Town of
Gainesville Said Deed is recorded in Book H on
Pages 252 & 3 of Records of Alachua County and State
of Florida In witness whereof I hereunto set

                  This indenture made this the twenty ninth
day of March AD Eighteen hundred and Seventy one
between Rafaila S. Wilson and her husband Lemuel Wilson
of the County and State aforesaid parties of the first part
and M.J. Haynesworth of the Same place parties of the Second
part Witnesseth: That the Said parties of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of five dollars
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath given granted, bargained, Sold, and
Conveyed, and by these Presents doth give, grant, bargain,
Sell, and Convey, unto the Said party of the Second part
and to her heirs forever, all that Certain tract or parcel
of Land in the County and State aforesaid known and
described as follows To Wit All that part of lot Four (4)

South and East: and all that part of Lots one two and
three (1 2 & 3) of Section Six (6) in Township Eight (8)
