running East from Newnansville known as the Black
Creek Road Containing in all one hundred and fifty
Acres more or less To have and To hold all and Singular
the aforesaid premices with the appertanances unto the Said
party of the Second part her heirs and assigns forever in
fee Simple. And we the Said parties of the first part
do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the Said party
of the Second part that we are the Lawful Owner of the
premices above described and have full Power and authority
to Sell and Convey the Same and that we will warrant and
defend the title to the Same forever, In testimony whereof
we have hereunto Set our hand and Seals the day and

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
           Washington Moseley of the County of Alachua and
State aforesaid in consideration of the Sum of one dollar to me in
hand paid by James Moseley of the same place the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant sell and convey unto
the said James Mosely his heirs and Assigns three horses, one
cream colored named Charley one Black Mule named beck one black
mule named Fannie Twenty four head hogs marked undersquare and
swallow fork in the left Ear And swallow fork in the right five head
of cows in same mark and branded W.M. to have and to hold the
said described property, his heirs and assigns to his and their use
and behoof forever In witness whereof I the said Washington Moseley
together with my wife Rachael Moseley who hereby relinquishes
her right of Dower in said property have hereunto set our hands
and seals this the 30th day of December AD 1871
