Alachua County    }  Before me W.K. Cessna Clerk Circuit Court
personally came George E. Cessna who being duly Sworn, says
upon Oath that he with G.W. Sparkman saw the foregoing
deed signed Sealed and delivered for the express purpose
and uses therein set forth   }

Alachua County  } This Indenture made this the 9th day of
October A.D. 1869 between Thomas Little of the County &
State aforesaid of the first part, and Prince Little of the
same State & County of the Second part, Witnesseth that
the party of the first part for and in consideration of the
Sum of Five hundred Dollars to him in hand paid
at & before the ensealing & delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted
bargained & sold unto Prince Little the party of the Second
part, all that certain parcel or lot of land lying and
being Situate in the Town of Gainesville County and State
aforesaid, and known and described as follows to wit
Commencing at a stake on the corner of the lot belong
-ing to the Colored Baptist Church, running South Sixty
feet to a stake at the corner of a lot belonging to
Walter S. Land thence West along said line one hun-
dred feet to another stake, thence north along a line of
land belonging to J.H. Roper one hundred feet to the point
of beginning, together with all and Singular the tenements
& appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same to the party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. In Witness Whereof
the said party of the first part, has hereunto set
his hand & seal, the day and date above written
