Internal Improvement Fund State of Florida
Deed No 7031 Know Allmen by these presents That the
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund under an
Act of the General Assembly of the State of Florida entitled
"An act to provide for and encourage a liberal system of
Internal improvements in this State" approved January 6th 1855
for and in consideration of the sum of One 25/100 Dollars ($1.25)
per acre to them in hand paid by July H. Walker of
the County of Alachua State of Florida have granted
bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said July H. Walker and his heirs
and assigns forever the following described lands to wit
West half of south west quarter of section twelve (12) in Township
Eleven (11) South of Range twenty two (22) East, Containing
seventy nine & 94/100 (79.94) acres and lying and being in
the County of Alachua in said State of Florida To have and
To hold unto the said July H. Walker and his heirs and
assigns forever in fee simple
In testimony whereof a Majority of said

(FLORIDA STATE LAND OFFICE) and affixed their seals and have caused
