                   This Indenture made on this the Tenth
day of November AD one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
between Abdy P. Hampton of the aforesaid County
and State of the first part and George K. Broom of the Same
place of the Second part Witnesseth, that Abdy P. Hampton
of the first Part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of three hundred and fifty dollars (350$) lawful money
of the United States to him in hand paid by the Said
George K. Broom of the Second part before the Sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac=
knowledged hath granted bargained and Sold aliend
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
Presents doth grant bargain Sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the Said George K. Broom of the
Second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all
that following described real Estate Situated in the Town
of Gainesville in the County and State aforesaid more
particularly described as the West half of the East half
of lot Number Nineteen (19) of the Brush addition to
Said Town of Gainesville measuring one Hundred feet
from the Corner of W.D. Presleys lot east and Two Hundred
feet North to the next Street together with all the right
privileges tenements hereditament and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, to have and to hold the Same forever in
Fee Simple. -
           In Witness whereof the Said party of the first part
has hereunto Set his hand and Seal the day and year first
