           Alachua County   } This Indenture made and executed
           this the tenth day of July in the year of our Lord one
           thousand Eight hundred and Sixty nine, between
           Thomas J. Perry and wife M.S. Perry of the State and
           County aforesaid of the first part and William Waits of the
           Second part, Witness that the Said Thomas J. Perry and wife
           M.S. Perry for and in Consideration of the Sum of fourteen
           hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the Said William
           Waits, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
           granted bargained Sold Conveyed and delivered and
           by these presents doth bargain, grant, Sell, Convey and
           deliver, unto the Said William Waits his heirs and as-
           Signs, all of the following described lot or parcel of
           land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
           known as the north half of the North, East
           Quarter and the North West Quarter of the South East
           Quarter of Section number (29) twenty nine, and the
           North West Quarter of the North west Quarter of section
           number (28) twenty Eight in Township No (10) Ten of
           Range No (22) twenty two E containing one hundred
           and fifty nine 33/100 acres, to have and to hold the Said
           before described lands together with all rights and
           appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the Said
           William Waits his heirs and assigns forever in fee
           Simple, and the Said Thomas J. Perry and wife M.S.
           Perry for themselves their heirs, executors and adminis=
           trators will foreve defend the right and title thereunto
           against the Claims of all persons whatever, in testimo=
           ny, whereof the Said Thomas J. Perry and wife M.S.
           Perry hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day and

           I, McKeen Carlton, a Justice of the Peace in and
           for the County of Alachua hereby Certify that Thomas J. Perry
           and M.S. Perry his wife whose names are Sign to the
           foregoing Conveyance and who are known to me ac=
           knowledged before me on this day that being informed
           of the contents of the conveyance they executed the Same
           Voluntarily on the day the Same bears date.
