State of Florida  }
County of Alachua } This Indenture made this the twenty seventh
day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Seventy two, Between Wilson V. Presley
of County and State aforesaid of the first part and Omera
B. Thomas and Mary R. Thomas party (of said State and County)
of the Second part, Witnesseth that said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred
Dollars to him in hand paid by the said parties of the second
part, at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained, sold, released, conveyed, and confirmed and by
these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, release, convey and
confirm unto the Seaid parties of the second part their heirs
and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being situate in the Town of Gainesville in said County
and State aforesaid designated on the map or plat of said
Town of Gainesville as the west half of lot number nineteen
(19) of Brush addition to Gainesville measuring from
East to west two hundred feet and from North to
South two hundred feet be the same more or less
Together with all and singular the rights members and
appurtainance belonging or in anywise appurtaining unto
the same to have and to hold the said lot or parcel of 
land above granted and sold or intended to be sold
with the appurtanances unto the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns forever, and the said party
of the first part for himself his heirs and assigns the
said lot or parcel of land with the appurtanances unto
the said parties of the second part, and against all and
every person or persons claiming or to claim from through
by or under him or them will warrant and forever defend
by these present In Witness whereof the said party of the first
part hath hereunto set his hand and seal this the day
and year first above written
