Drake for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty ($50) Dollars to me in
hand paid by Watson Porter have bargained Sold Assigned
transferred Conveyed and do by these presents bargain Sell assign
transfer Convey and Confirm unto Watson Porter his heirs and assigns
all my right title interest & property of in and to the above
Entitled Action - And I the Said Drake in Consideration
of the premises aforesaid do hereby Convey and Assign unto the
parties or persons who may now represent the County of Alachua
as County Commissioners or otherwise all Claims and demands
of Every kind and Character whatsoever against Said County
of Alachua - hereby Acknowledging by this my receipt all
indebtedness hitherto due to me by Said Watson Porter or Said
Watson Porter as Treasurer of Alachua County Florida or Said
