Alachua County   }  Know all men by these Presents that
 
I, J.B. Brown of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two
Thousand dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained, Sold and
Conveyed: and by these Presents do grant, bargain, Sell and
Convey unto C.T. Dawkins, the following described Property,
to wit: That Tract, piece or parcel of Land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
West of the Town of Gainesville: more Particularly described
as commencing at the South East Corner of Section (1) one
Township (10) Ten, Range (19) Nineteen in the "Aredondo Grant"
thence West to the South West Corner of the "Cunningham land"
thence North until it intersects the Public road leading from
Levyville in Levy County Florida, to Gainesville in Alachua
County thence along the Meandering of Said road to the Eastern
line of the "Cunningham land:" thence South to the begin=
ning corner Containing four hundred acres more or less.
  To have and to hold the Same unto her the Said
C.T. Dawkins her heirs, Executors, administrators, and as=
Signs in fee Simple, absolutely, and forever.
