                   This Indenture made this first day of
March one thousand Eight hundred and seventy two,
between William Waits of the State and County above named,
and Sarah his wife parties of the first part and C.J.
Waits party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of one thousand Dollars
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; hath bar=
gained and sold and by these Presents doth grant, and convey
to the said Party of the Second part, her heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece or parcel of land lying
and being Situated in said County of Alachua, and 
State of Florida, and which is known and described as
follows, to wit. The SW1/2 of the SW quarter of
Section 26 and W half of the North West quarter of Section
35 in township 10 South of R 22 E containing one hundred
and twenty 37/100 acres. Also the North E quarter of the NW
quarter of Section 35, of township 10 South of R 22 E con-
taining forty (40) 69/100 acres Also the North E half of the NE
quarter of Section 34 in township 10 South of R 22 E
containing Eighty one (81 15/100) 15/100 acres. The aggregate
amount being two hundred and forty acres more or
less. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditants,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
pertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof; and also
all the estate, right title, interest, dower, and rights
of dower, property, possession claim, and demand what=
soever, as well in law as in equity, of the said parties
of the first part, of, in, or to the above described prem=
ises and every part, and parcel thereof with the appur=
tenances.
  To have and to hold all and singular the above
mentioned and described premises together with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns forever, In Witness whereof the said
parties of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and 
and Seal the day and year first above written.
