This Indenture made and entered into this the (9) ninth day of January
Eighteen hundred and Sixty nine between Andrew Ormand and
Mary D. Ormand his wife of the County of Alachua, and
State of Florida of the 1st part and John W. Price of the Same
Place of the 2nd part. Witnesseth that the Said parties of the first
Part for and in Consideration of the Sum of twelve hundred
Dollars to him in hand paid by the Said Party of the Second
Part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the
Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and
Sold, aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these Presents do bargain Sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the Said Party of the 2nd Part all that
certain tract of Land lying and Situated in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida Known and distinguished
as the north half of Section fifteen (15) Township Ten (10)
South of Range twenty two (22) East containing Three
hundred and twenty acres more or less together with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments improvements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper=
taining and the revision and revissions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
estate right title interest dower and right of dower property
Possession Claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of the Said Parties of the first Part of in
and to the Same and every Part and Parcel thereof with
the appurtenances to have and to hold the above granted
and described Premises with the appurtenances to the Said Party
of the Second Part his heirs and assigns, to their own proper
use benefit and behoof forever. And the Said Andrew Ormand
for himself his heirs and assigns executors and administrators
doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the Said Party of the
Second Part his heirs and assigns that he is Possessed in his own
right of a good and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee
Simple of and in all and Singular the above granted and
described premises with the appurtenances and has good right
and lawful authority to Sell and Convey the Same in
manner aforesaid. And the Said Andrew Ormand for himself
