his heirs executors and administrators unto the Said Party
of the Second Part his heirs executors and administrators
and assigns against him the Said Andrew Ormand and
against any and all Persons whomsoever the above mention-
ed and asscribed Premises with the appurtenances Shall and
will warrant and forever defend by these Presents. In
testimony whereof the Said Parties of the firs Part have
hereunto Set their hands and affixed their Seals this the

Before me Personally came Andrew Ormand and
Mary D. Ormand his wife both to me well known
as the Persons mentioned in the foregoing Deed and acknowledged
that they executed the Same for the purpose therein mentioned
and the Said Mary D. Ormand the wife of the Said
Andrew Ormand being examined by me Seperately and
apart from her Said husband did farther acknowledged
that She Signed the Same freely and Voluntarily and without
any apprehension Compulsion fear or constraint of or from
her Said husband for the purpose of relinquishing and
renouncing all her dower and rights of dower in
and to the lands therein described and in evidence
thereof hath hereunto set her hand and Seal in }
