and assigns, forever, all the following described Property:
to wit, all that certain lot, piece or Parcel of land
lying being and Situated in the Town of Gainesville,
County of Alachua and State of Florida, Known
and described on the map or platt of Said Town of
Gainesville as Lot No (3) three, Block (2) two, Range (3)
Three, together with all and Singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto appertaining
or belonging, and with all and Singular the rights,
titles interests, and Equities which the Said John O. Malley
had, of, in, or to the Same = To have and to hold the
Same to them the Said "F. and H. Pardee" and to their
heirs and assigns, as fully as I the Said P. Shemwell,
as Sheriff Extraordinary or Elisor, as aforesaid, by virtue
of Said writ and acting under Said order authorizing
me to make Said Sale, might, could, or ought to
Sell and Convey the Same.
