Alachua County  } Know all men by these Presents that
I, J. Austin McCreight of the State and County aforesaid
do for and in consideration of the Sum of Sixty five dollars
(65) to me in hand paid  G.P. Thomas this the 6th day of March
Eighteen hundred and fifty Seven (1857) Now this Indenture
Witnesseth, that the Said J. Austin McCreight for and in
Consideration of the Sum above named have granted bar=
gained Sold, aliened remised released conveyed and con=
firmed into the Said G.P. Thomas all my claim and Interest
in a Certain Lot of Land lying and being Situate
in the Town of Gainesville in the State and County afore=
Said known as Lot four (4) Block three (3) Range four (4)
and the Said J. Austin McCreight for himself his heirs
and assigns, Shall warrant the Same to the G.P. Thomas
his heirs Executors and assigns foreve against the lawful
demands of all Parson or Persons In Witness whereof I,
have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the 6th day of
March 1857.       }

Marian County    } Known all men by these Presents that I
                  James Holkirk of the County and State afore=
Said for and in consideration of the Sum of Five Hundred
Dollars, to me in hand paid by McKeen Carlton of the Same
State and County of Alachua, the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold and do by
these Presents grant bargain and Sell unto the the Said McKeen
Carlton his heirs and assigns the following property to Wit
a Certain piece of land Lying as follows, East half of
the North East quarter of Section fifteen, and the North
West quarter of the North west quarter of Section No four=
teen all being in Township No 11 South of Range No 22 East
