containing in all one hundred and Twenty acres more or less, with
all the rights thereunto, To have and to hold the aforesaid bargained
property to him, the said McKeen Carlton, his heirs and assigns
forever. And I the said James Hobkirk for myself my heirs
administrators or executors, the said bargained property unto the
said McKeen Carlton his heirs and assigns against me and
my said executors and and administrators and against all
and every other person or persons whatever, Shall and will warrant

To all whom these presents shall come V.L. Hobkirk of the County
of Marion and State of Florida wife of James Hobkirk
party of the first part, know ye that the said V.L. Hobkirk
party of the first to these presents, for and in consideration of the
sum of five hundred Dollars paid at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these Presents, by McKeen Carlton of the County
of Alachua and State aforesaid of the Second part, The receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted remised, released, and
forever quit claimed unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever, all the Dower and thirds, right and
title of Dower and thirds and all other right title, interest claim
and demand whatever, in law and equity of her the said party
of the first part of, in and to all that certain piece of land
Lying as follows, East half of the North East quarter of Section fifteen
and the North west quarter of the North west of section Fourteen
all being in Township No 11, South of Range No 22, East containg
in all one hundred and twenty acres more or less, So that she
the said party of the first part her heirs executors or administrators
or assigns nor any other person or persons for her them or any of them
shall not have claim challenge or demands or pretend to have claim
challenge or demand any Dower or third or any other right title
or claim or demand whatsoever of, in, and to the same or any part
or parcel thereof in whatever lands section or possession the
Same may or can be and thereof and therefrom shall
be utterly barred and and executed for ever by these presents
