State of Florida } Whereas by a former deed of convey
Alachua County   } ance made by the undersigned in the
year 1866 to Truman Doan Lewis Doan and Reuben
Nickerson wherein the north half of the south west
quarter of Section 26 and the South East quarter of
South east quarter of Sec 36 Township 7 Range 20 East
was conveyed through mistake, and the undersigned
wishing to make the necessary Conveyance by sub=
stituting the instead the north half of the South west
quarter of Section 36 and the south west quarter of the
north east quarter of section 35 Township 7 and Range 20
East. Now therefor Know Ye that I William Strickland
for and in consideration of One hundred dollars to
me in hand paid by Truman Doan Lewis Doan
and Reuben Nickerson of said State and County the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
give grant bargain & Sell unto said Truman Doan
Lewis Doan & Reuben Nickerson their heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns all my right title &
interest in & to the following lands lying and being in
said State & County and Known and distinguished
as the north half of the south west quarter of Section
thirty six (36) and the south west quarter of Section
thirty five (35) Township seven (7) Range twenty 20 east
To have and to hold the above granted premises unto
unto the said Truman Doan Lewis Doan and Reu=
ben Nickerson their heirs Executors Administrators and
assigns forever
And I Isabella S. Strickland wife of the said
William Strickland for the consideration aforesaid
and for other good and lawful valuable consideration
do hereby release relinquish and quit Claim unto
the said Truman Doan Lewis Doan & Reuben Nick=
erson their heirs and assigns all my right title and
interest in and to Dower in the premises herein con=
veyed In witness whereof we the said William Strick

land & Isabella^Strickland have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals this the eighteenth day of March
