This Indenture made the twenty second day of January in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy two
Between C.P. Emmerton of the County of Essex and State of
Massachusetts of the first part, and George R. Howard of the
City of Jacksonville, County of Duval and State of Florida,
of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said party of the first
part, For and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof 
is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these present
doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns,
forever all the following lot tract or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and known and described as follows: The South East
quarter of the South West quarter and the South west quarter
of the North west quarter of Section twenty eight, and
North East quarter of the North west quarter of Section thirty
three Township seven South Range Twenty east containing
one hundred and twenty and 18/100 acres, and the South half
of the North west quarter of Section thirty three Township Seven
South Range (20) East containing eighty and 12/100 acres also
the north Half of the South East quarter and South west quarter
