before me C.J. Emmerton to me well known as the
person described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of
Conveyance and acknowledged that he executed the same
for the purpose therein expressed; whereupon it is prayed that
the same may be recorded.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the
twentieth day of March AD one thousand Eight
hundred and seventy two between Edward L.
King and Martha M. King his wife of the County
and State aforesaid parties of the first part and
                                   in the
Emanuel Heidt of the County of Chatham^State of
Georgia party of the second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars
(100.) lawful money of the United States to them duly
paid before the delivery hereof, Have granted bargained
and sold and by these present do grant & convey to
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all of that tract or parcel of land situated
in Alachua County State of Florida section twenty nine
(29) Range (22) twenty two Township Ten (10) lying on the
Eastern border of the Arredondo Grant and bounded
on the north by lands of Green Townsend East by
lands of Joseph Waits south by lands of Beckham
Adkins and west by Tract known as the Calvin
Waits purchase from W. Scott containing forty (40)
acres more or less better known as the place where
Robert Henson now resides as a tenant Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances and all the estate title and
interest of the parties of the first part there in:
and the said parties of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree with the said party of the
second part that at the time of the delivery here=
of that the said parties of the first part are the
lawful owners of the premises above granted and 
seized thereof in fee simple absolute and that
they will warrant and defend the above men
