State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the
                   Twentieth day of March AD one
thousand eight hundred and seventy two -
Between John W.F. King and Louisa G. King his
wife of the County and State aforesaid parties
of the first part and Emanuel Heidt of the County
of Chatham in the State of Georgia party of the
second part:
           Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Twenty four hundred ($2400.00) dollars
lawful money of the United States to them duly paid
before the delivery hereof Have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant and 
convey to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns for ever all those pieces or parcels
of land lying east of Lockloosa Creek and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
which are known and described as follows viz
One hundred and twenty four acres more or less of
the south East quarter of section twenty nine (29)
Township Ten (10) Range twenty two (22) Also a parcel
of land lying in the south east part of section 
Eighteen (18) Township ten (10) Range twenty one (21)
and also that part of the fraction lying between
the two parcels above mentioned and also as will
be described by the report of the following survey
start at the southwest corner of section Twenty nine
(29) Township Ten (10) Range twenty two (22) and run
the variation of the nedle being five and a half
