This Indenture made the fifteenth day of February in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy two Between
George R. Howard and Francis E. Howard his wife of the City
of Jacksonville County of Duval State of Florida of the first
part and David B. Dewey and G.W. Hathaway of the City
of Rockford State of Illinois and Chas W. Carr of Montana
Iowa of the second part Witnesseth That the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Five Thousand Dollars Dollars lawful money of the 
United States of America to them in hand paid by
the said parties of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and con=
firmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and their heirs and 
assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and known and described as follows The
south east quarter of the south west quarter and the
south west quarter of the north west quarter of section
twenty eight (28) and the North east quarter of the
North west quarter of section thirty three (33) Township
seven (7) South Range twenty (20) East containing
one hundred and twenty and 18/100 acres and the
south half of the North west quarter of section thirty
three (33) Township seven (7) south Range twenty
East containing Eighty and 12/100 acres Also the
north half of the south east quarter and south
west quarter of south East quarter section twenty
Eight Township seven south Range twenty East
containing one hundred and twenty acres and 18/100
of an acre and in all Three hundred and twenty
acres It is hereby agreed and understood that
the said D.B. Dewey and C.W. Carr are the joint
owners of three (3) fourths of the above described land
and that G.W. Hathaway is the owner of the other
one fourth of the same all of which is subject
to the condition of this Instrument as if owned by
one party by one party Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said party of the
first part of in and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
