This Indenture made the twenty second day of January day
of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and
seventy two between Daniel Morrison Alachua County
State of Florida of first part and Columbus J. Morrison
and Mary R. Morrison of Alachua County State of Florida
of the second part: Witnesseth That the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum
Two thousand dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to him duly paid before the delivery hereof
hath bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant and convey to the said parties of the
second part their heirs and assigns forever all that
certain piece or parcel of Land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and the State of Florida
and which is known and described as follows to wit
The East half of the south west quarter and the South
west quarter of the south west quarter and the south
west quarter of the south East quarter of section twenty
five Township ten south of Range twenty two East
and also all the land lying East of Orange Creek
in the East half of the North west quarter and in 
the East half of the south west quarter of section thirty
six Township ten south of Range twenty two East and
the south East quarter of section twenty six in Township
ten south of Range Twenty two East containing in all
Three hundred and sixty acres more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances and all the estate title
and interest of the said party of the first part therein
and the said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree with the said parties of the second
part that at the time of the delivery hereof the said
party of the first part is the lawful owner of the prem=
ises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple
absolute and that he will warrant and defend the
above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said parties of the second part their
heirs and and assigns forever
