This Indenture made and executed on the 2nd day of August
In the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and sixty seven betwen Aaron Higginbotham and
Mary Higginbotham of Alachua County State of
Florida of the first and Daniel Morrison of the
same place of the second part Witnesseth said
Aaron Higginbotham and Mary Higginbotham for
and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars
to him in hand paid before the delivery of these presents
hath bargin sold and conveyed to said Daniel Morrison
his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or
parcel of land Knowned and described as
follows to wit The south East quarter of section
twenty six in Township Ten (10) south of Range
Twenty two East containing one hundred and sixty
acres together with all and singular the tenements
and appurtenances and all the Estate title and
interest of the said Aaron Higginbotham and
Mary Higginbotham doth hereby warrant and
defend unto the said Daniel Morrison his and
his heirs and assigns and against all lawful
claims of any and all persons whomsoever
Claiming the said land or any part thereof in
fee simple for ever
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and
seal The day and year first above written signed

Alachua County   } Before the subscriber a Justice of
the Peace personally came Hugh A. Morrison who
being duly sworn says that he is one of the sub=
scribing witnesses saw Aaron Higginbotham and
Mary his wife sign the foregoing deed of conveyance
for the purpose therein expressed
